MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION FORM

LSA is a pro-active organisation seeking to promote the Visual Arts in Leamington Spa and the surrounding area. Its aim is to foster and improve public interest in, awareness and appreciation of the Visual Arts. LSA sets professional standards and seeks to support any Visual Art of quality and merit. Our membership consists of over 250 members, including both artists and supporters of the Visual Arts.

LSA is a member of West Midland Arts and a member of the Steering Committee for Warwickshire Arts and Heritage Week. Members of the LSA committee meet with WMA, Warwick County and District Councils, and community organisations whenever necessary.

LSA represents the Visual Arts in Leamington’s Cultural Quarter, promoting exhibitions and events for the public, and establishing studio space for local artists.

LSA has been writing, publishing, and distributing Artspace for over five years, with the support of its sponsors (these include the Art School at Warwickshire College). Its readership covers the UK, Europe, and other parts of the world.

Affordable studio space (subject to availability)
LSA website, promoting members’ profiles and exhibitions
Submission of work to the annual LSA Open Exhibition and other exhibitions
Entry in the LSA members' directory if required
Use of the LSA digital camera, available for photographing artworks, exhibitions etc
Artist opportunities/events sent by e-mail if required
