Nomination Process

 

Dear all

I thank all who have come forward in support of my Chairmanship and with it the new developments at the LSA.  With this overwhelming  support  received, I have  decided to put my  nomination forward as your Chair for the next  12 months.

The ongoing developments at Leamington Studio Artists affect all members in one way or another so, this year, more than at any other time, there is a need for wide representation on the committee. To reflect the needs and wishes of the whole membership, we need active participation from a cross-section of members, Friends’ of Gallery150 and local businesses. Please consider representing your area of interest on the LSA Committee which will meet no more than six times a year. 
Elections will be held at the AGM if we have more nominations than places available. Please complete the nomination form below  and return this form to: Kathryn Wickson, LSA Secretary, 9 Livery Street, Leamington Spa CV32 4NP.   to be received  no later than 4pm on  Wednesday 28th  September 2011. All parties to the nomination paper must be registered as paid up members of the LSA unless a representative from the 4 named organisations.

All spoiled or incomplete forms will be rejected.  If you spoil a form, a replacement can be obtained from:
Kathryn Wickson, Secretary at membership@lsa-artists.co.uk or at Gallery150. Details of valid nominations received will be published below and with the AGM agenda. Should nominations exceed vacancies,  NOMINEE  CV’s will be circulated to members and election shall be by ballot at the AGM. Nominations from the floor will only be accepted for positions where no eligible nominations are received by the closing date. Please support your Association.
